5. Payments & Transactions

• RentalMyProp may facilitate payments between Owners and Tenants.
• We are not responsible for disputes related to rental agreements unless explicitly stated.
• Any service fees charged by the Platform will be clearly communicated.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post fraudulent or misleading information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
• Use the Platform for unlawful activities

7. No Guarantee

RentalMyProp does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of property listings
• Availability of listed properties
• Successful rental transactions

The Platform acts as an intermediary between Owners and Tenants.

8. Limitation of Liability

RentalMyProp shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Disputes between Owners and Tenants

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including logos, design, text, graphics, and software is the property of RentalMyProp and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Remove listings
• Restrict access to the Platform

If users violate these Terms.
