Welcome to RentalMyProp. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using RentalMyProp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- Platform refers to RentalMyProp website and services.
- User refers to any individual or entity using the Platform.
- Owner refers to users listing properties.
- Tenant refers to users searching or renting properties.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use RentalMyProp. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- RentalMyProp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false information.
4. Property Listings
- Owners are responsible for the accuracy of property details.
- Listings must not contain false, misleading, or illegal content.
- RentalMyProp reserves the right to remove or reject any listing without prior notice.
5. Payments & Transactions
- RentalMyProp may facilitate payments between Owners and Tenants.
- We are not responsible for disputes related to rental agreements unless explicitly stated.
- Any service fees charged by the Platform will be clearly communicated.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post fraudulent or misleading information
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
- Use the Platform for unlawful activities
7. No Guarantee
RentalMyProp does not guarantee:
- Accuracy of property listings
- Availability of listed properties
- Successful rental transactions
The Platform acts as an intermediary between Owners and Tenants.
8. Limitation of Liability
RentalMyProp shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Disputes between Owners and Tenants
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including logos, design, text, graphics, and software is the property of RentalMyProp and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Remove listings
- Restrict access to the Platform
If users violate these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to Terms
RentalMyProp reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
